Thanks for your input, I also used to have that opinion when I worked on sites based on natural rankings, wait for 6 months or so to establish sales and so on. With PPC though 6 months is just a lifetime, it's possible to get numerous profitable campaigns up in a much shorter timeframe as everything is measurable within hours, not months as with search engines.

Also the sale also includes full rights to the program, and if the buyer simply follow my suggestions for using Overture they will make more money, it's that simple. I've got a solid PPC campaign with concrete suggestions for increasing profits, so if I put myself in a buyer's shoes, the BIN still seems entirely fair.
