Seohosting.com (Hostgator company) really seo hosting? Seems more like a scam

So i went to the seohosting.com website and i saw this
So i asked their live chat guy if they provide nameservers for each C class i buy (which would seem pretty normal).

    The answer was "No"

They just provide you with 2 nameservers which are the only 2 for the entire server. Only thing is they are on 2 separate classes, but that has no importance.

So that means your websites will just look like they have a dedicated ip...which happens to be in a different c class.

But the same nameservers will ruin any seo ability...

Now seohosting.com is misleading customers here as they don't really provide SEO hosting as it should be done.

    Scam? Surely seems like it...

Hmm, I don't see a reason why they won't provide custom name servers while they provide a large number of IPs already.

Maybe you have to clarify with another support person ? Live chat sucks btw

This ain't about custom nameservers it's about that custom nameservers that have the same ip.

You mean both your custom name servers have the same IP ?

    quoting you again

They say they give you every IP on separate class. they won't be able to give you a number of name servers with the same number of IPs

they give you 2 name servers and you get a number of IPs depending on the package you get

They should give out a pack of nameservers in the same c class as the ip of the site. So if i purchase 10 c classes i should get 10 packs of nameservers.

Having the same nameservers makes the seo hosting useless!

If you order 10 IPs pack. use 5 and ask them to use the other 5 as name servers ;)

put the 2nd name server IP as the first - that won't be a problem so ns1 and ns2 for every site has the same IP while the site itself has a different IP

I think you should take down his name and let the manager know, because we resell a few of our C Class IP's through HostGator and we simply assign one of our nameservers to the IP Address they give us (ns1, ns2, ns3 and ns4.sixty6hosting.com)

Different NS for each site (ip) will sure increase their cost, but "private branded nameservers" is really misleading. ;)

It's worth the money if you look at the SEO benefits (and if you use it to your "benefits")

I'm not sure who spoke with but that is incorrect. Each c class gets it's own private name servers with many different ips you can choose from for each c class.
