Hi you guys. It's been a while. There are two sets of SEO tools mentioned here, and I want to clear up some confusion regarding the two categories. a)SEO Elite is a reciprocal exchange link tool primarily. It has a secondary function of seo analysis, and is fun to use. The developer Brad is a great guy as well. Arelis 4 and OptiLink are poor substitutes in the sense that they are not comprehensive as SEO Elite. In fact you would need to use both of them to accomplish what SEO Elite does. I have written a comparative analysis of all three here: seoelite.mywebhut.com/seosoftware.php b)Web CEO and Internet Business Promoter (IBP) from Axandra, the German software house that also makes Arelis, are in a completely different category of SEO Software. They are more for broad search engine optimization, not just narrow link management. They have features for search engine submission (outmoded I know), and general website promotion. They also are used for traffic analysis and monitoring of the website for technical problems. In addition, they are also on/off page optimization tools. While not exactly complementary, it would be a waste to use both IBP and Web CEO. From the foregoing I have myself found that the most useful cobination of these tools is to use SEO Elite for links management, and Web CEO for other web promotion tasks. I hope this explanation is found to be useful to you all. Cheers.
In fact, Arelis is a LOT more comprehensive than SEO Elite, just for the record. I tried it. Also, they at least update their software, even if it takes them some 2 years. Brad apparently doesn't. And the latest version of IBP that now includes Arelis simply blows SEO Elite away. I don't use Arelis, since it's now WAY expensive and rather hard to use, but hello, SEO Elite is really crappy compared to Arelis in terms of making a custom links page, emailing partners, managing them etc. etc etc. It's only advantage is that it's really easy to use -- but that's only because it's so very limited in features. With three buttons you can't go far wrong, really. Personally, I vote LinkAssistant. That's what I call link building automation. Warkot PS: and almu, when you are posting a link to what you call "comparison" of SEO tools (in fact you are selling SEO Elite there), at least don't make it look like you are stuck in the year 2004 and don't think everyone here is an idiot. There is no downloadable version of SEO Elite now.
Here's a llink: www.link-assistant.com And, (I hope you don't mind me saying that) contact their Support if you have any questions. This always worked great for me. Warkot
Seo elite has nonexistant link management. It scapres result, sends out emails and then you have no way of adding more emails to the list (it is quite buggy)
I just used SEO Elite a few weeks ago and it helped me find a ton of my competitor's links so that I can follow their linking trends.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's pretty much all it can do. How much did you say it cost you? $167? Wow, what a great investment... Warkot
Guys, I am planning to purchase SEO Elite. However, I am still not sure if this piece of software is worth buying. I would love to hear commments from every body. Thanks
You mean you've already read the comments in this and other threads on SEO Elite and you are still not sure if you should buy it? I think people have already voiced their opinions. Some people think this tool is OK, but most seem to think it's not worth the money. Do you have like a set of features/capabilities you'd like to see in a link building tool? Then ask a specific question, like "Can SEO Elite do this or that?" Or are you looking for a silver bullet? There is no silver bullet no matter what Brad Callen's hypish Website says. My advice: Don't purchase any SEO tool unless you can lay your hands on it and try it and see that it really fits your needs. Or do, if you have loads of cash to give away. Warkot
I was thinking the same thing.. but then i noticed 14 posts , it seems they might just be looking to add more posts and not really interested in seo elite.
Great discussion here, I am a outsider here I have not used either of these products. Yes the price is up there for SEO Elite but hey some still need to do what they feel they must to see for themselves. I have read all of the posts up to this point, and I can truly appreciate everyone of them. On the other hand I don't see anyone recommending anything else other then what has already been mentioned as a alternative. No way that what has been posted already is all that is available. Everyone is quick to put down something that does not work for them but no one is sayong hey, A-B-or C is working it is a reasonable price and check it out for yourself. anyone!!! Since I am new to all of this what would all of the more experienced recommend for someone looking to seriously build a website that will do well really... thanks
check out this for info on building a website non aff link http://www.veoreport.com/ and http://ezseonews.com/cfas/CreatingFatAffiliateSites.pdf from http://ezseonews.com/
I was thinking of buying seoelite, mainly to check competitions websites so i can match what they are doing, where they are buying links, what keywords they are using etc, What put me off was all the bad feedback -- and that review of all the differnt seo software avilable, lots got a higher score then seoelite. Supposidly there havent been many updates to the software in the last years. And check the search terms on their website vs the current google number 1's. The people using seoelite no longer hold the no.1 spot on google (most of them dont anyway)
I purchased SEOELITE and ARTICLEMINER from Brad Callen, I have to say it was expensive, and is REALLY not worth it (Seoelite) but I love Articleminer. I would suggest if you want to do link exchanges, try linkmetro.com (also owned by Brad), it's much cheaper and they automatically post the links to you site for you. With the time and money you spend on Seoelite you can join various link exchange sites.
The BIG problem of all these networks (and especially linkmentro) is that you won't be able to find VALUABLE link partners there. Most of the sites joining linkmetro are poor websites with low PR, low link popularity, poor content, crowded with AdSence blocks - it seems to me that most of them are simply a bunch of automatically generated web pages with one purpose only - making you to click their AdSence banners. No kidding - just go and check linkmetro's "Top Ten Exchangers" section (or any other section) - you gonna see it yourself. So, I wouldn't advice you to pay for this - you can just go and add your website to thousands of free-for-all poor spammy webpages - in my opinion, you'll see the same effect (i.e. no effect at all )
Seeing I was thinking about getting SEO Elite this thread has been interesting reading........ Searching for seo software on google SEO Elite comes up #1 #2 is http://www.trendmx.com/ Does anyone here used or have an opinion on how good trendmx is? They seem to have a more honest and balanced approach Brads promotion and sales techniques are effective but turn me off.
