    I am selling www.xboxpoint.net a PR 4 Forum with over 9400 members

    Board started: 17 Dec 2005

    BIN : 2000usd

    Revenue : Not really sure as I have not setup a google channel

    Reason for selling : I bought this site a month ago and did have big plans for it, But since then I have bought another site and Im going to focus my attentions on this other site.

    Description : The site is running on PHPBB which is a free forum board. I have installed a spam hack and the site recieves 0 spam :) I have also SEO'd the forum so you get urls like the following

    http://www.xboxpoint.net/xbox-360-general-f49.html
    http://www.xboxpoint.net/they-have-more-old-xbox-games-now-t1599.html

    I have only installed the SEOd urls a week or so ago, so in a few weeks time when the urls get index by google you will see a big increase in traffic.

    The site currently recieves 60 - 90 visitors a day.

    If you only bought this a month ago, can you tell us a little about the state of the site when *you* bought it? Is there an original DP or other forum thread we can refer back to? What was the revenue when you bought it a month ago?

    i bought the site with 0 traffic and 0 rev. When I got the site a lot of spam was being posted which I was deleting. I installed a mod which requires a user to have 10 posts before they can post a url, this has removed all spam being posted to the site.
