    1) why selling this website - This is my work [Developing and selling sites.. It's PR3 Site]

    2) adsense and traffic proofs - [ I bought this domain from another guy and developed the site and selling it now, it's age is not even 1 week more, so can't provide proof's but it's very valuable site, you can surely earn much ]

    3) Is that script licensed [ As it's freeware license, anyone can use it ! ]

    Doesn't seem to really work properly, showing stuff as dmoz listed when it isn't, no backlinks when it does etc?
