aah! another top 10 thread with a pricing structure based on search results. number of search results is not the only indicator of the true competition. you need to analyze the monthly searches along with competitor sites with close attention to put together a proper promotional plan. there are niches/keywords which will return less than half million search results but have 60k monthly searches with fierce competition. at the same time, there are keywords returning 7 million search results but only less than 1,000 people are searching for that term per month. more actuall searches are done per month, more competitive the term is, not the number of search results. there are threads form senior DPers with ton of itraders and solid bar of reputation offering top 10 ranking service and their threads have been nothing but total disaster. i see them issueing one refund after another. you can search for those threads and see for yourself. not trying to underestimate your seo skils or your capability, just to let you know the you cannot price your service based on just the number of search results. good luck

Conclusion: Don't guarantee top 10 position. There's a lot of factors that determine if your website makes it to the top 10. Honestly, I wish I knew this was true, I would just pay you for my clients, it would make my job easier

 

Just wondering, do you have your own website? if not why don't you make it and rank your website first. As this will be the best example to show us.

As all of us aware to the fact that ranking on high competitive keywords is not an easy task. From your given articles choosing other closed targeted keywords with low competition one can easily rank for it.

I think this is the basic rule to optimize your website with Title tags, Heading tags, Alt, keyword position and frequency.

Hi Seo_genius. I do not want to continue the debate here. I just try to help you here. I agree with the guy above. If you could show us the prove that you have get the result (top 10 google) before, then it would be great and I am sure will boost your sales here, rather than boost Debate .

Example:
You develop a New site, in low, middle or high competition keyword. Then you capture the screen shot of every time your site got the SERP result in Google, then at the end of the result, might be 3 months after, see if the site listed on Top 10 of google or not. if Yes, capture the shot again, of course capture the time too. Then I am sure no one will argue again with your service. Just show them your result. I know it takes time buddy. But it would make long term business for you.
