    SEO means = Search Engine Optimization. In other words you can call it = Internet Marketing.
    This is basically marketing a site to achieve higher rank on Search Engine.

    Yeah, SEO will help you get listed organically. There are a few blogs out there that can help you out. I really digg Shoemoney's blog, even those he is a total jerk! :) (just kidding)
