Hi All. Just need your ideas. How much you guys spend money on seo work monthly per site? Do you guys do it your self or outsource? In experience I have more then 5 websites and it was getting expensive for outsourcing. So now I am going to cut it down to 1/3 of monthly payment. It will be slowly but it will get there. As we all know seo is patience work. I don't have to time to work on it myself, lack of time but from I'll be more involved in it as well. You thoughts.
I price each project on an individual basis as keywords and phrases vary in their difficulty and therefore it takes different amounts of time to get different sites ranked. So really that's an impossible question to answer without knowing your sites and keywords (and current rankings, and site architecture and inbound links and many other factors). If you'd like a competitive quote, feel free to PM me though.
Thanx for sharing guys, but I am not looking for seo person. I am just asking general question about how you guys do this.
Depends on the type of website you have, if its a blog or forum or also on which script it runs. Because script makes a lot of difference to seo Normally, don't need to do anything if you're on wordpress apart from installing plugins like google sitemap, digg digg, seo slug, all in one seo.
I now spend about 20-30% of my budget on automated subscription services and software and outsourcing. SENuke, Unique Article Wizard and Synnd and others. Around late summer early fall closer to 30% spring summer 20%. About 10 years ago when I was starting out it was closer to 50-75%. Once I got the silly notion out of my head that all the self professed gurus tell you that automation will get you banned(yes it will if you intend to spam instead of just giving you the ability to market more sites in less time) I spent more of my budget on automation software and services.
Keep on trying out your ideas. Ouytsourcing is definitely not cheap but worth it in the long run if you found your best outsourcer. If you have no time let them do it.
I am new in this field and still in learning process so no idea of the SEO charges....Bit it is really time consuming so assuming that we can get good amount ....
It really depends on the type of SEO work you are having done ? Are you having link wheel back links created for you ? Are you having bookmarking / Rssing done for you ? Are you having Blog commenting done for you ? Are you having forum back links done for you ? Are you doing all that yourself ? What about your onsite SEO optimization for your webpages ? You should try and come up with an SEO strategy for your site as part of the building it process, then you can get a better idea of what needs to be spent each month on SEO. If your going for a competitive term your site will need costant (and I mean constant) SEO attention in order to rank high consistently, if your going for a much less competitive term then you won't need to put in so much effort. You can easily spend anywhere from $20 a month to well over $1k a month.
SEO is time consuming and expensive, but if outsourcing, I think it is important to get a contract set in place. You don't want to pay monthly for something that seems directionless and constantly money draining. That is why when we discuss pricing with potential clients, we really emphasize a guarantee of what they will see in six months, a year, etc. If your agency isn't willing to do that for you for fear that you will stop paying them when they are complete, I think that you should check out another agency. If you are getting big enough though, investing in a really good SEO/SEM person can be great. But, I would measure the cost/benefit of all options before making a final decision. There are a lot of good people and good agencies out there, but it still can be hard to navigate which one to go with. Most often I have found agencies to me more affordable than in house people, but it is impossible to get the same hands-on control with agencies as you have with an in house SEO person.
I think it makes sense to me to set a realistic goal before you hire/appoint outsourcing. It might just make better sense to hire a person to handle your SEO, depending on the budget. It is an ongoing effort; it could be expensive.
Hi there, Dominating the search engines takes time, its a long term process. I suggest you lease one of our staff to handle this job. The staff will be doing white hat methods and you will be seeing the results gradually until you reach page 1 of Google SERP. You need to target less competitive keywords. We can suggest via keyword research if you like. We can guarantee page 1 on the SERP for those secondary keywords after the campaign period. For the keywords you posted below we can guarantee page 1 after 12 months of running this project. If you need more information about our services do not hesitate to contact us.
SEO is a time consuming work but it gives good traffic in site and chance to earn money.Outsourcing is not expensive, its depend on only keywords and popularity of sites.
Outsourcing SEO vs. Doing SEO In-house....If you have the money to outsource than finding a quality SEO is your primary challenge. If you have the time and little money than doing SEO in-house makes sense as well, but make sure you have good SEO knowledge and understand that quality SEO takes time.
If you spend an hour per day dedicated to write new content and getting backlinks you will do well. I know we all have at least one hour to spend on your online business.
