Its going to be very difficult to SEO without any text. In fact its very hard with text, but nearly impossible without.... Get TEXT!
Get that sitemap up from Google so they can at least spider the content you do have. If you use the URL re-writing suggestion it should help you. But you may want to re-think the text thing and put some up. I have seen the "print this" text pages perfom well on sites that have zero text on the pages they want users to see first. Try that out.
