    It is possible to promote a site without keywords:

    1. You would have to concentrate on getting a lot of backlinks...write articles
    2. Get reciprocal links from high ranking websites
    3. Create a very interesting website and submit it to stumble Upon
    4. Create a buzz in Social Networking and Social Bookmarking websites
    5. Use your forum signature...Make a lot of informative post

    There are several more techniques, but I think its easier to have a keyword laced website to secure your your success

    Since SEO stands for Search engines optimisation, and search engines work only with keywords, I believe the answer to your questions is no.

    However, it is possible to generate traffic by other means and have a successfull website.

    Think , Valuable question to me ..keyword is taking 90% result in search engine .. you can see it . and if want to without keyword traiff. so this is depend ur brand name .

    But, very difficult.
    You'd need a ton of inlinks.
