My friends site is kinda the ideal look i'm going for http://smartstepmedia.com/ anyway basically im paying someone to take the theme i bought (i will send it to you) and make the graphics and pages look good like it does in the site above send me how much you'd charge too design and incorporate it into the theme i purchased. or if you have a better idea and a current theme or something that involves what my niche about feel free to send me those too looking forward to responses thank you.
