    I am looking to hire someone in house that can do website design, the problem is that i don't do website design. I do the basic SEO for the sites and i can get traffic to the sites. I am looking for the best book/course recommendations that i can show the web designer how to build my sites. I know the basics, but am looking for something that is the best of both worlds: SEO & Web Design.

    Good luck at finding a cheap source.

    Personally I have a group of guys in Pakistan make my websites and I just SEO the hell out of them when I get it back. Hard to find the best of both worlds and not go broke.

    If you want SEO & Design unite try to make a site that it consist only by DIV, mean table less design.
