Seo vs. Sales

    hi all
    i just wondering if there a chart or a formula that helps price how much seo you need or can afford
    if your monthly sale are 2000$ take home - how much should you spend on seo?

    If 2000$ is your monthly income kindly mention no. of sales product this income then only I would be able to suggest you how much you should on SEO.

    And yes also give me your conversion ratio, if you've access to analytic.

    Personally I wouldn't say it necessarily corresponds to your current sales. You should instead be analyzing how much you'd earn if you were getting a set amount more targeted traffic. You also have to keep in mind that an SEO investment requires more spending up front, but it builds a strong basis for long term profit. If I was in your shoes I'd probably be willing to spend 2-3 months income on SEO and see how that improves things. You do have to be carefully with hiring SEO help though. Some will just give you a set amount of links each month not caring whether they actually help you. Some will try to drag out contracts as long as possible.

    I would definitely look into some SEO, but I would focus mainly on Social Media since you are looking at your conversion rate primarily.
