    Theresea, I doubt you'll get many UK SEO's reading this, mostly it's people from India, Asia and the US. Most of us UK peeps on here are already working for other companies or freelance.

    As a previos poster said, give http://www.jobsinsearch.com/ a try, or Datascope - http://www.datascope.co.uk/ who I've seen exhibiting at a few trade shows over here. Either that or you could try visiting the Online Marketing show at the end of the month and poaching a few of the exhibitors staff ;)

    If it's so hot, why can't you actually pay for some more decent, targeted advertising or even poach some people from other companies.
