Does the rss feeds really helps in SEO process. Please suggest me about some good dofollow RSS feeds sites and the processing of doing RSS feeds.
To be honest I'm not a big fan of the RSS directories, I don't use them so wait for someone else to give an opinion. You should probably get a better SEO results if you submit your blog to some high quality blog directories like Blogcatalog.

I don't think so, not much. I find it helps with bots coming along more frequently, and getting new pages indexed by Google and other search engines instantly if you do it right.
Having said that, every little thing counts with SEO. It's about choosing which factors to spend time on that will give the best optimisation thats is the key
Yes, RSS feeds do help. How much? Can't tell you. I would recommend maybe 15-30 minutes a day into RSS. Maybe it isn't going to push you up a lot of spots, but it will increase your traffic.
my opinion is also same, RSS feed is not useful as other things in SEO. RSS is call as Really Simple Syndication is use for feeding new uploaded work to the user who subscribe this feed.
