SEO training for an employee

    Hello,

    I am looking for a decent SEO training materials for an employee of mine which I want to qualify as an SEO guy (newbie, so I want him to avoid all the fluff out there).

    any GOOD recommendation will be gladly appreciated (guru's stuff we can find by ourselves :) )

    This week schedule can be increased or decreased according to employee's learning levels.....

    I hope after this training he will be able to invent some guru stuff himself....
