    Google analytical tool,SEO quake for Firefox , google webmaster tool are best tool for seo. seo's mostly used these tools for checking their site optimization.

    I use SEMRush as an seo tool on a daily basis. I can easily analyze my websites and other websites I visit. It lets you know how you rank on numerous keywords and the monthly searches for those keywords.

    Except for Yahoo! Site explorer has been dead for more than half a year already!
    Instead, there is a backlink checking option in Bing webmaster tools as well as plenty of other back link software to help you with this task.
