    no need to use for the directory submitter tool, just keep updated on the solicitation area. Those are newly created directories and your chance of approval is really fast. :D

    wordpress and blogspot are recommended, try to keep away on automated tools..

    Use seo tools to gather info about whatever website you plan to optimize. Then apply all those well known technics, using the info you gathered. If you are asking whether using tools like pagerank checker, or googleprprediction online tool are ok to use, then yes they are ok to use. I sometimes use them twice a day :D.

    Research on black hat techniques, scripts and tools. Those can do you harm, if you get caught by the search engines (and eventually, you will get caught.)

    I find the best free SEO tools website is www.iwebtool.com it has everything pr checker, backlink checker ect.......

    Its good
