    Hi Guys i want to sell my SEO Tools site with spefication :

    PR = 1
    Alexa = 124k
    Age = about 2 years
    Revenue : Mainly revenue generate from Google Adsense and directory listing.
    Currently i got about 5$/month (still need lot improvement) & 1 paid listing on directory..but you can consider it with "Zero revenue"

    i also attach data on Google analytic for proof.

    When you reach good percentage of american visitor you can start to sign up on buysellads.
