The best one in my opinion is HitTail. It may not be classified as a SEO Tool, but it is a wonderful tool designed to get you traffic from keywords on your site that have potential, but they are a few pages in, and simply by adding that phrase to your title, you will rank higher. I know I am not explaining it very well, so please check it out for yourself. You will not regret it

I have added dozens of keywords to my site, and the harvest has truly been mind-boggling. It has given our site about 200 extra visitors a day, and counting. The more suggestions you use, the more incredible the tool becomes!
