SEO Tools...are they LEGAL ?

    i've plan to publish website with SEO scripts on it
    i.e :
    - whois
    - pagerank
    - traffic
    - backlink
    - searh engine submitter
    - directory submitter
    - etc.

    ...any legal issue for those services ?

    note: i have rights to use that scripts.

    As long as you have the rights to use the scripts. There's no problem from what i can see. All the info you'd be providing would be readily available anyway, just from different sources.

    If that query Google you will get anti-bot page with captcha. Quite annoying.
