    Didn't find such tools. I know tools to check your ranking for a specific keyword (that you type)... Something to check (the keywords that were used by people who visited your website ;))

    Google Webmaster Tools is probably the best, and most accurate. Where do you think you could get better stats than from the search engines themselves? lol

    You can use statcounter.com. It is a traffic counter site like Google Analytics. Here you will find Keyword Analysis in Incoming Traffic section. Keyword Analysis helps to know which keywords people use to visit website. semrush.com is another site which help to know which keywords are ranking of a website in Organic Research Section.

    Statcounter and Clicky are some good alternatives to GWA but still they will be unable to show the encrypted visits from SEs especially Google.
