SEO tool for checking backlinks & anchors?

Does anybody know of a tool that will give you the number of backlinks to a given site for a given anchor?

I'm looking for a tool that would, for example, tell me what Google, Yahoo and/or MSN Live show for the anchor "webmaster forums" linking to http://forums.digitalpoint.com/ - both the number of links and what URLs have backlinks to it.

If nobody knows of such a tool, would this be something useful to develop and make available to the SEO/Webmaster community?

Thanks. I am fairly new to quake, but I have in installed on fox now and I do see BLs but not specific to anchors. Can you tell me where I find the number of links to a URL for a specific anchor?

    Thanks!

If it could be done it would be being done already. The search engines just don't release the data needed.

I have been using this backlink tool. I don't know how accurate it is but it does a good job listing all the links inbound to your site.

Thanks Fellas. Yeah, I tried www.webuildpages.com/neat-o/ and it works well - takes a while to grind out the results but seems pretty accurate. Couldn't get rankalert.net page to load.

Anyone then know a good site for Pagerank Prediction? Not that I care, but when selling domains and sites, it is always nice to have.

I found out that webuildpages' neat-o tool is the most accurate and complete one out there, but unfortunately it went paid-only just recently. Now it's part of a website that charges $ 3k a year for membership (!!)...
