SEO Title Tag plugin - any feedback?

I have just set up this plugin and optimized most of my titles.
I would like to hear comments of those who have already used it - does it really bring significantly more traffic? What have you noticed?

It does exactly what it says on the tin.

We use it on our blog. It just means the title tag doesn't HAVE to be your post title.

Ehhh, it changes your title. If you change your title to "sakdjgdskfg -sdggbbbbbbbbbbb -sdsdg" do you think that will generate organic SEO traffic?

It completely depends on what you use as the title and what market you are in.
