Yes a misleading title, but I have a question to ask you guys. I am using wordpress and a theme that I believe actually "seo's itself." My site is boneyrat.com The homepage has the following title: Rats Cockroaches Mites Deer Bees Ticks Ants Pest Control | Pest Control Is this to long? Do search engines look down on this? What do you recommend? Is this bad to leave it the way it is?
It doesn't make sense, its just a bunch of words. If people aren't getting any value out of it, search engines won't value it highly either. Why not at least make a sentence out of those words?
you need to put a value statement on the title line, not just bunch of keywords. you can put something like, "Pest Control - Controls Rats, Cockroaches, Mites, Deer, Bees, Ticks, & Ants" try to be creative and come up with a good line that represents your site
