Hi, Those are all good ways to spread your content, but that's not really a good way to increase the SEO of your website. If you have good content, meaning good articles and blog posts, the best place for it is on your website and not on social networks. If you do put the content on the social network sites exactly as it appears on your site you could be penalized by the search engines for appearing to have duplicate content. But I do agree that social networking is a great way to promote your business and website aside from SEO purposes.
I use some of these already. There are also other similar programs to these that you did not post. Personally I don't think I have gotten much benefit from them in way of traffic to my sites/blogs. Have you?
