    Moving from one CMS to another CMS is a major undertaking and not simple. Did the FILE EXTENSION change? ASP to PHP? If this took place, then it is a completely new indexing need.

    Did you change the FILE NAME as most CMS systems do. Again, this will have a major impact.

    The best recommendation I can suggest is that you create a new XML Sitemap for the new CMS version and submit it to Google again using the Google Webmaster Tools.
