Most of people in SEO field know that most of the techniques we used to apply to our websites to gain good traffic and rankings does not work any more. I want to discuss with EWD Forum members about the techniques they think still work in 2013 and continue to work in future too.
Blogging, Social media, And quality links, fresh content, and Good on page, These techniques are very helpful for improve your search engine ranking...
1> Always Add quality Quality Content to your site every day/every 3 days/every week 2> Be sure that your content is unique as well as helping your targeted visitor 3> Do On page optimization eg(title, content, tags, meta tags optimization) 4> Do Off page optimization with quality backlinks via web 2's, social bookmarks, relevant blong comments, guest posting, article directory submission,Press relase etc (Remeber dont look for quantity go for quality) 1 Valuable backlink is better then 1000 low quality backlinks. 5> Particiapte in social medea such as facebook, twitter, pinterest, youtube etc Dont do anything in mass, just be natural.share helpful content which will help you to get more shared from your visitors naturally.
Commenting is always a good strategy, and integrate social media, using Google+ will help your SER. When commenting, doing so on blogs having Commentluv or keywordluv will help you with your rank.
Thanks for your comments, and that’s exactly right. 1 Valueable backlink iz much worth than 100s of low quality backlinks
Since everyone here is advising on social media on generic terms, let me get more specific with you. I am sure you will get all sorts of advice to promote your website or your content (by content i mean any useful non-promotional content on/off your website available for the users to read). But let me tell you what is going to be big in time to come - Google+. I know its not as user-friendly or familiarized as Facebook and Twitter and most of your clients may not even be on Google+, but that is not the point. Google's eyes are on Google+!! So, even if your site's pages are not indexed and you share them on Google+ chances are it may get indexed. It is like direct contact with Google. To start with create a killer Google+ page for your website and start sharing content. Google+ posts do not have character limit. They love getting bigger blog-like posts. And if you see search results these days you may find these posts on Google+ gaining exposure on Page one of Google search. Make sure your posts are really useful. Create a community on Google+. Be an influential brand on Google+. It is easier now, as it is still an untapped potential to an extent. If you want long term benefits out of SEO that is not only good for 2013 but probably ten years to come, you GOT TO BE ACTIVE ON GOOGLE+
Content Marketing, Blog Commenting and Forum posting are surely the effective ways to get good traffic on site and also to increase site ranking in SERPs.
No doubt! Google gives us plenty of reasons other than social to join the network. But consider how much more influence G+ users have when it comes to verifying content.
Always keep in mind that your website is for visitors.. not for search engine.. see what your audience like search engine will like you automatically..
We have been working keyword stemming concept for 2013.Keyword stemming concept increase the better traffic.
This is no doubt very true indeed! Because Google is the main source of increasing the traffic to our website because Google is rank #1 worldwide and even when people wanted to search on something they'll just say "let's google it". That is how popular Google is. But if you're blogging, let's say on wordpress, you can change the permalink of your posts to a custom one. This way, search engines will be able to find your websites much easier. If you don't know what is permalink and want to know more about it, you can email me at and I will guide you step by step for free
It is better that instead of going to use same keyword try to go with a variety of keywords. Another important is instead of same techniques try to use link building through various sites according to the topic relevancy.
