You may refer to a number of articles available on various SEO related websites as SEJ etc. SEO does not necessarily have a definite pattern, you have to find out a way on trial and error basis for most part. Google is smart. Your job is to be the smarter one
Agree... Especially with the last 2 sentences... You can tell more again on-page good SEO tactics -> H1 tags for main keyword, H2 for secondary keywords they want to rank for... Also, Alt and Title tags (for image and links)... This is important, because this doesn't change so often... Like Off-Page SEO tactics -> They will learn Off-Page SEO themselves!
