    Hi, you can do average 120 submission a day, but keep in mind that all submission should be of quality and also helpful in serp ranking and for lead generation :)

    It's not important how u do subnission in 8 hours but it's most important that how u do Quality link submit in ur 8 hours...so that's the help u get good rank..

    I thing all manual task are almost depends on human typing speed as well his or her own computer skills, i think if you have good command in computer than you can do at least 35 bookmarking, 65 directory submission as well 10 to 20 forums submission

    It is upto yoyr speed, and how far you are good in computer, but this can be done easily in 8hrs, without working on any other work. Else you had to buy S/W to do this...
