SEO sub-contractor needed

I’m over extended and need to sub-out part of a SEO contract I’m working on. It’s pretty basic stuff.

The site currently exists and is travel / vacation related.

This sub-contract will be to optimize 20 pages which have been selected. The customer has identified the keyword phrases for each page and the pages already have a general theme.

The site is in Typo3 and sub-contactor will have access to the admin control panel once the work has been reviewed and signed off on.

1. Review the keywords and the current page content and make modifications and suggestions both to optimize keyword density and content relevancy.
2. Write the <title> and description meta-tags.
3. Weave <h1>, <h2>, <h3> tags in the content to reinforce the keywords and page theme.
4. Once the modifications have been reviewed and approved by me, update the pages using Typo3.

Not sure what this is worth so make me an offer.

Whatever the price ends up at, I’ll pay 15% upfront (via paypal) and then per page as each one is completed.
