Ok I have hundreds of sites and thousands of keyword/phrases to keep track of. I know all the exact potential keywords/phrases so not looking for keyword ideas. What I'm looking for is automatic software that: 1) enter multiple keyword/phrases (say maybe 100 at a time) 2) software automatically searches Google and analyzes the top 10 rankings for each keyword (x 100 keywords) by: page title, meta keywords, backlinks, pr, alexa rank, indexed pages, page title... 3) downloadable .cvs excel file for each keyword/phrase Got a few other things that would be nice but anything that allows quick analysis of the above would be great! I've checked out tons of software but can't find anything that can check tons of keywords/rankings at the same time. Not interested in WT or KD because of their incomplete data... need to get data directly from Google search Any ideas?
Won't work because you have to pull the data from google and run on a local server. Google won't let 3rd party software hit their servers like that. So you definitely would not be getting real time results. I use SEO Elite and it's pretty good, but the scale you are suggesting would take a very long time to return results. But Brad does keep his database up to date. I don't know how well WebCEO would work. The basic problem with what you want is the power to make it happen while pulling valid information from Google themselves.
WebCEO is probably the closest match you will find given your criteria. I've used it personally and found it quite useful for a number of larger projects. There are also other features you didn't mention that will probably be a pleasant surprise as well.
Realize it would take a while to do... so not looking for anything quick. Just software to search google at random times, open each search result page, grab data for top 10 pages, store in database x 100 or 1000. Maybe start it up in the morning and come back at night with 100 keyword top 10 rankings analyzed. Tried webceo a while ago but will go back and have another look
There are some softwares out there like webceo and rank checker of seobook also helps plus seoquake but the problem with these softwares is that Google can detect it. The will prompt you that you are running an automatic query software and you need to type in a captcha code, and this is a bit of problematic to other people who are in your network...

Wordtracker does exactly what you're describing too, but they use overture results. I think it's a very good service and I utilize it all the time.
