I'm in the market to purchase some credible SEO software and I'd appreciate your input. I've narrowed it down to packages:

    1) Dynamic Submission: http://www.apexpacific.com/submission.html
    2) Web CEO: http://www.webceo.com/
    3) Addweb 7: http://www.cyberspacehq.com/products/addweb/
    4) WebPosition Gold 2.0: http://www.web-positiongold.com/

Which one would you recommend? Are there issues I should be aware of with these types of software other than the auto-submission issue? Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Personally I don't use any of the software to submit. I have a friend who use web ceo, and he seems to like it.

I would suggest manually doing your submittions, and using the free online SEO tools offered around here, rather than buying.

    I do everything manually.

I'm a bit interested in what those programs do, though... maybe I should give one a try

Likewise - I saw a result from WebpositionGold once - it wasn't that impressive and needed interpreting but somehow some people think it is good but they do that about a lot of things until they "see the light" ;)

Another vote for manual. You'd be amazed at how often they visit anyway. Just make sure you have links around the place (like from your sig) to remind the bots that you exist.

You do not really buy WebPosition Gold, you will constantly be paying 100 here and 100 there for 'upgrades'.

If you choose not to upgrade, it soon will no longer function!

SO... I no longer have a workinng copy of WPG.
