    You need to build link popularity.

    You can do it by posing articles in different sites (freeseoblog.com) and submit your webpage to bookmarking sites (commitx.com) and submit your sites to directory (htmlinks.com).

    It will increase your link popularity and you will get good rank in google.

    indexed pages doesn't mean you'll get good rankings. Your site must be optimized well for your targeted keywords and you should build links to get traffics.
