Selling SEO site with over $480 in adsense per month

Red Rock SEO dot com is a SEO services provider but the primary source of income for the site is adsense. I have signed a few up but I just selling them to people on the forums so I do not actually do any seo work. You can change the site to offer services and resell fiverr.com services or just out source the seo work but really my main thing was just driving traffic for adsense.

Last month (July) the site did about $233 and this month so far it has done around $480. The site is driving traffic using a CAN SPAM compliant email campaign and some creative marketing. I am sending out 500 to 1k emails per day but our list has about 4.7m BUSINESS email addresses on it. I am not going to publicly post how we are driving traffic but the traffic is mostly coming from email marketing.

I will provide log in info to verify that the adsense is legit and the traffic is legit. I have been using email marketing to get traffic and some ads on classified ad sites like criagslist. I am not going to share all my marketing secrets on here but I will provide some details via PM. The traffic is obviously not bought or paid to click traffic because the GA shows the average visitor looks at 2.9 pages and stays for 3 mins and 40 seconds so the traffic is good quality traffic that is actually viewing the sites content.

I have toyed with the idea of just making it a free info site with info about SEO in stead of selling services and just focus on driving traffic to get adsense income. I will stay on and continue to help with the marketing until someone has got a full return and profit on the site if you use the buy now.

As far as the price it is priced at that price because it is only about three months old. If it had been making that much for 6 to 12 months the price would be higher. I am keeping a copy of the email list which is a big part of the value.
