Andy's SEO Simplicity Report Hi Forum There's an abundance of online web page checkers that do all kinds of tests these days, yet there is no single site tool that gives all the information necessary for a complete report on the SEO basics of a single webpage. So I've created a document called the SEO Simplicity Report, in PDF format. I'm looking for 3 individuals to volunteer their constructive feedback on my work so far. If you might be interested please keep reading. This is not just a standard 'HERE'S HOW IT'S DONE' type of document. This report actually incorporates any page from one of YOUR websites into its educational arrangement. The idea is that this concept makes a much more interesting read simply by its association to you and your submitted URL. In other words, your webpage SEO is checked by me personally to provide a good basic analysis of your file. The end result is that you'll have the fundamentals of both on and off-page SEO in a single attractive and well laid out document that is unique to you. (Because this is a report on the basics, please don't request analysis of your website, blog, or forum, if you are already up to speed with the essentials of SEO). This is a simplicity report that takes any webpage and exposes missing or poor optimisation along with suggestions on how to improve or fix those areas that are falling short. All I ask is that the critics are people who don’t know very much about on and off-page SEO, but would like to learn more. Just because I think this report is written in an easy-to-understand manner, doesn't necessarily mean it is! It just means that I think it is, hence the need for feedback from the SEO novice. THERE'S MORE At the back of the report is your very own SEO checklist which covers all that you've learned in the study. With your newfound knowledge, you should then be able to go through any page on any site, and tick the boxes as you work through those areas which need improving. I've also included a few extra pages at the back of your SEO Report that guide you through 'Image Optimisation' and 'Extra Tips for Building Better Web Pages' Once the volunteers have received their completed document, I would then like to take the less optimised of the 3 (with the individuals permission of course), and offer it to anyone at any level to glance over and tell me what they think about the finished product. Don't worry, I have a thick skin, so you can be as blunt, or as complimentary, as you like. GETTING IN TOUCH So to start with then, I would like any SEO beginner to please send me a private message requesting I test one of your web pages and then return my findings in your very own SEO Simplicity Report. In order to carry out these checks, I will need the following: • Your First Name • The page URL that you want testing • A bit of feedback (no later than 1 week after you've received your report please) • Permission to offer your example to others for more advanced feedback • Email (optional), or I can simply post your report back to you from this forum (I think). Btw, this document is valuable and educational even without having your site tested by me, so it has a dual purpose, one being a personal page analysis, and the other of SEO DIY.
