    I have JUST what your looking for!! I have a seo site that is 4 years old, and well known gets sales,and can use a new owner,I have to many sites and work a full time job, when we advertised the site (some places free) we would get over $1,000.00 in extra sales!!! this site is also on the clickbank network and I believe its gotten in the dmoz directory,I am selling this site for less than we paid for it , its well worth it and has a great domain name!!! PM me for info and a good way to contact you I can show you the whole site.... it needs a new owner and I am reasonable to deal with

    It has to have seo or long hand "search engine optimisation" in it and be prefable 18 months 24 months old
