I am looking for someone that can find me some tech related links by e-mailing webmasters with link exchange proposal. I can provide back links but only after my link has been placed. And I will be only accepting links that are up to 3 clicks away from the homepage and the homepage needs to be minimum of PR 2. I will provide you an template and there is no limit to the budget but just like any other webmaster I don't want to pay to much The reduce the PM's : To do this job you should go to a directory like yahoo or dmoz and visit the website than find out if the have a links page if so than e-mail the webmaster using the template that I will provide you with.
