SEO Services Site for Sale - Pagerank 6

Ok, this is the first site I will have sold.

Its an SEO Services site, and would ideally suit an SEO pro. who wishes to earn from SEO jobs as I do. It would also suit someone who wishes to sell text links, as I have done a little of this over the last 2 months.

The site is PR6 with PR5 internal pages. I completely redesigned the site myself this summer, I added 2 pages recently (so these are 0PR). The site design is very cleanly coded and uses css for layout and style, it is very easy to work with, it is very fast loading. Its a quality job and people appear to like buying text links on it.

I ran a thread on DP and earnt $350 in just over a month. There is currently a monthly income of $80-$100 on Paypal subscription, so is a solid and reliable as you could hope for. This is despite the fact that the thread selling link I have not touched for 1 month (31 August). Post new availability in the thread and you can pick up more text link subscribers.

The thread is the revenue proof. Traffic stats are not high, so dont bother asking (couple hundred uniques a month).

I have had several SEO enquiries and done 2 jobs. So in total I have earnt $1100 in last 2 months. This might have been lucky I really dont know, I dont expect to sell for 10x monthly on that basis.

The links are not a problem, however you would not wish to remove some of them as they are paying monthly, and this would be the new owners income. However, 2 links are paid up for 1 year, so I would have to be honourable and pay you this remaining part of the year to keep the links on ( or deduct it from the final sale price). There are other links which are to my sites, which of course you can remove instantly at your will when you are the owner.
