Buying SEO Services + Live Link - Advice Needed

Hey guys,

I'm considering buying some SEO Service to give my website a boost in Google, I need it to start ranking for some keywords as I'm not getting much from google at the minute.

My website is www.musclepro.co.uk

I would like advice and suggestions on what should be done to increase visitors and what you can offer.

I think the site is pretty well optimised for search engines.

My first preliminary ideas were to rank for:

1. Liquid Egg Whites:

Of course my Goal eventually would be to rank high for something like Bodybuilding in google.co.uk But I'm aware that may take a great deal of work.

I'm looking for honest advice and opinions, I want someone who I can work with and suggest ways to improve the site and stuff I should be adding to help boost my ranking and visitors.
