    I have three websites. All three I have done no SEO work for.

    Each site gets 60 - 80 thousand searches a month.

    I am looking for an SEO expert to work on one of the domains. If impressed, I will continue work and allow work for other 2.

If you don't see upward movement you can cancel. As soon as you think you are high enough you can cancel and keep the ranking you have built.
