How can I trust your linking services if your website is nowhere in top 100 for "seo tips" which you're obviously trying to rank for?
Because I've just had a re-design and because my site has not been targeting that specific keyword for long. Do you realise how competitive "SEO" related key terms are. If you want proof check out SEO Tutorials where I do rank in the first two pages (used to be fourth). Will.
A keyword like "seo tips" is not much of a competitive keyword. "Seo company", "seo services" on the other hand are competitive keywords related to SEO. Seo tutorials again is not a top notch competitive keyword, moderately competitive at best. Nevertheless, it doesn't really matter to me where you used to be for a certain term (a proper xrumer campaign may shoot you overnight to a top spot for the most competitive keywords if you're parasite hosting, but then again you might vanish from the serps in the same amount of time). It's about the present, where you are now. And being in the "first two pages" is no goal at all. Being in a 16th position won't bring any traffic. I dare say it's pretty much equivalent as if you were deindexed for that keyword. It's top 3 or nothing at all. I'm not trying to put you on a bad name, but you're gonna have to show something more to prove your expertise. There are hundreds of "seo experts" on this forum and 90% of them don't know what the heck they're doing. Their SEO campaigns consist of experiments. I'm not claiming to be a seo expert, yet I know more about the subject than many who are selling these services.
Believe me I know what I am doing. To be honest though if your going to try and test me or whatever you call this replying to my thread without having any actual interest in my services don't reply with incorrect information such as "top 3 or nothing?" whats that about... Yeah obviously top three harnest the most traffic but thats not to say the first page below top three is pointless. SEO as I am assuming you know takes time and your NOT going to get a top 3 position over night doing White hat strategies nor are you using Black hat which I dont use myself. Most SEO words are actually quite competitive and something such as "SEO tips" is also. However it depends on the type of site your trying to get ranked for it. With my blog I am not going to target "SEO company" however with my new SEO Services site I may do (not finished yet waiting for a friend to finish of the design). I realise most people want solid proof I think the "seo tutorials" is solid proof because honestly you won't rank for that with a new site within the first 9 if not 12 months if you dont know anything about SEO.
I replied because of a genuine interest in your services, but you didn't show me solid proof. I say top 3 or nothing because if you're in the top 3 you will get traffic, else in most cases you just get a very small percentage of it. In my world "seo tips" and "seo tutorials" as I explained, are not competitive keywords. I have more competitive keywords to rank for and I will choose a service provider that I can see will be able to rank me. Again, I wasn't putting you in a bad name, only challenging you to show me a little bit more what you can do or what you've achieved. I am having all the rights to do that because I don't like wasting neither time nor money. And if you are offering professional services, you should offer some proof to show your achievements.
