Anyways in seo services you must pay 50% upfront because if some one not complete your project you have a choice to place a refund in paypal but if any buyer not paying after work then provider dont have any choice. they have only one choice to do negative SEO on such buyer site but probleem is so many guys here dont know how to do.. I KNOW HOW TO DO NEGATIVE SEO' but dont worry if you keep trying to cheat you will get someone who defently teach you lesson.. Thanks..
