Its not only hard but also impossible to top forex related keywords in 1st page, let alone of the budget you have is nowhere near the necessary one. That's near impossible especially for 100$. Of course you will get a lot of "Dear Sir, I am an SEO expert..." kind of messages, but they will take your 100$, work for 50 hours and get no results. Think of it this way: 99% of forex related legit keywords get you 200+$ if your website is on page 1 for them. Why would someone get you a 100$ results when they can earn 200$ per month with forex affiliate based website? Anyway, good luck.
