I've been looking for a client with similar requirements. Currently I work on my own sites as well as clients sites on a revenue share basis. I've never overextended myself but never proactively looked for extra clients which is why I can take on more work. I must admit the prospect of being able to work on more sites is very attractive to me. Are most of your sites established with some traffic/revenue and you're looking to give them a boost or are they mostly new sites with fairly non significant revenue? If things were to go well on the first SEO project how many sites would the person you recruit get to work on? If you'd consider a revenue share agreement I'd definitely like to know more details via PM.
