SEO SearchTerms Tagging 2 WordPress plug-in- safe to use?

    Recently I found that some blogs have "Incoming search terms:............" at the end of their posts.
    After some digging, it's because of this plug-in:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/searchterms-tagging-2/

    Looks like a nifty SEO plug-in but wondering whether it's safe to use? We can limit the keywords search printing on the post to 10 or less. But will this be considered as keyword stuffing by Google alike?

    Anyone uses this plug-in and get better search engine visitors as a result?

    in my experience.. many visitors come from this plugin. So far the plugin is safe.

    Thanks. Have started using it yesterday. Have a bit of problem with WP-SuperCache so I can't get its full potential without turning it off. I guess it's better than nothing :)
