I was wondering if you could tell me how well my SEO is on http://e-protectors.com What needs to be done to further get it out there? I've already bought 1K manual search engine submission, got a load of good keywords, and about 110+ social bookmarking sites, some link exchanges (14), and I've went around about 15 blogs posting comments that accept URL input. Any ideas of what I should spend my time on increasing the SEO performance? Oh, and site was made 2 1/2 weeks ago. Regards, -Pierce
You need a lot of work! 1. Your keywords tag is as spammy as it can be! 2. Your title tag isn't targeting any keyword at all. 3. You should no follow all your blogroll links since they aren't relevant to your site and you are giving away all your link juice without even having a PR or being indexed. 4. Submitting your site to 1000 search engines was the worst investment you have made in your life! Search engine submission is useless! 5. There are some wordpress plugins to rewrite your URLS to make them SEO friendly. At the place of ?page_id=72 you should have security-applications.html. 6. You have your SPAMMY keywords tags over the title of each page and you don't have a description tag. Keyword tags are 99% dead as far as SEO and you should focus a lot more on the Titles and description for a better click through rate. 7. Your site is hosted in China (Guangdong - Shenzhen - China Motion Network Communication), this could affect your rankings. 8. You just registered the site and you haven't earned google trust yet, until then try to get only relevant links. All those links from natural-weight-loss-programs.com don't make any sense at all. Once you have some trust they won't hurt, but for now it is pretty clear you either bought them or you are the owner of that site. 9. You need natural (or at least that look natural) back links and a lot of them! You should start fixing your signature to target the keyword you want to rank and not the entire phrase. All those 9 points were noticed in a 90 seconds review. I'm guessing there are at least another 100 points to fix. Do some research and start with the basics.
Meta tag key word contains too many characters.. i think there is some limit to it. and no meta tag for description...
As other members have noted; you have defined too many keywords for the homepage of your website. The keywords that you defined have been determined to be only about 3% relevant. You should spread out the keywords on different pages within your website. I would also advise you to place relevant content with title tag of your site. Remember to include the most important keywords or keyword phrase that you would like target for search engine traffic. After you have your website optimized properly for internal seo factors, then you should work on external search engine optimization. wow lol, I guess I don't know what I am doing as far as SEO. But I am greatly thankful for your tips guys!!! I will spend the next week fixing my SEO.
