You probably won't get anyone willing to send you a sample report, as this is competitive intelligence. However, I can tell you that I use an export of rankings to fill a custom made excel sheet that I then convert to PDF. Be creative and think of ways you can impress your client and relay all relevant information related to your services.
Only I can suggest to be creative and think of ways to impress your client. It's an competitive aspect and hope no one will like to show you there own creation.
Think about what's clients need. - How can customers know their website through Google, Yahoo, MSN...? - What's keywords customers typed on SE? - Check backlinks, report ranking of target keyword for every pages...
Our report usually consists next parameters: number of hosts and views per month, main keywords which attract users, from which sites and search systems do users go and table of positions in search systems by keywords list. Also you can use graphs.
