We need a complete SEO report for our website to see, what we need, to match the latest SEO structure. Also, the competitive keywords which we need to use for search engine optimization. We need to see how good our SEO Architect is built and what is missing.

Try with google analytics. In google analytics you can check whole report of your site. Also use google webmaster tool and website grader.com.

 

There are many online tools or website which will give you analysis report for your site.YOu can use them or,

Google analytics is a nice free tool to understand your website progress.

Along with that other free advance statistics are available in your hosting a/c like Awstats, Webalizer to know your traffic source well.

You can also use some other Free SEO tool to know your website's Indexed pages and backlinks.

 

You're best bet is to have a seasoned SEO professional look at your website. Tools can only report so much & it's often correctly interpreting the data that they provide that proves most useful.

Yes. Google analytics is best. and also try webmaster tools from google,ping and site explorer from yahoo.

 

For site analysis, I think you should try "website grader dot com". For keyword analysis, try Google Keyword Tool.

Dont use any software for SEO, expected google product.. if we need good and standard result, only do it organic SEO...

I think you have to contact with any organization which provides the pre analysis report. This pre analysis report can be prepare only by a professional guys only.
Or take a overview about your website you will get lots of tool onlie for pre analysis.
