SEO regarding internal links, xyz.com or xyz.com/index.php

    Hi ,
    I am trying to find out what is the best way to show internal links on my site to the home page(Home button etc.).

    I notice on my site www.theunreasonablelife.com has a PR2 and www.theunreasonablelife.com/index.php is PR0 should I change the links and remove index.php ?

    Also, when i ran a few free xml sitemap programs they do not pickup my blog which I have links to on the site.

    I tried changing the links to both
    theunreasonablelife.com/food-addictions & theunresonablelife.com/food-addictions/index.php but neither are automatically inserted.

    Any comments would be appreciated.

    use main domain name in all submission in inter linking and each and every place use online domain name not index.php

    you can't but you can use "canonical tag"
